dining room make-over

kendall from lower oak lawn asked me to pick my favorite rug from the pierre deux 20% off sale. to be completely honest, i am not a rug expert. and while I love design, i am not trying to fool anyone into thinking i am an interior designer. being in the company of erin sander, alana villanueva from dallas decorum, beth dotolo from nest design blog and hello, splendor was an extreme honor. check out the post here.

i decided to take this little assignment a step further – see below for my dining room make-over. what do you think?

    I somehow found your blog and just love what I've seen :) As for your dining room, the over the top framed mirror is a GREAT choice! The table is something that you can dress up or it looks great as is. Turquoise accents, how can you ever go wrong?! What color r u thinking for the walls?
